Walt noted that “Hall of Fame quarterbacks” were 33-7 Against the Spread in their careers when considered an underdog at home.

Taking it a step further, I wondered how well Hall of Fame quarterbacks did as a whole after they broke out as a Hall of Fame quarterback.

While Walt’s study includes Andrew Luck, I am not as I don’t believe that Luck’s had that “a-ha!” moment that cements his HoF resume. It’s probably a matter of time for him, but the point stands.

Tom Brady (After 2003 when he won his 2nd Superbowl)
Drew Brees (After his 2009 Superbowl Season)
Aaron Rodgers (After his 2010 Superbowl Season)
Ben Roethlisberger (After 2008 when he won his 2nd Superbowl)
